Another week another episode! This week we are doing an interview with Rachel Richards. We love seeing bad ass women like ourselves making a difference in the world. As women, we always strive to promote one another and lift each other up. So without further due go listen to our episode with this wonderful human! She also has the cutest voice ever.
So we sat down with Rachel to do a casual, fun but also educational Q&A session. We delved into school what led her into the field of financial planning, discussed her best selling book Money Honey that she published in 2017 which sold over 10,000 copies. We also briefly talked about her upcoming book that is about passive income and dropped the day after our episode premiere! Finally we get some advice about investing, real estate and how an introvert got into public speaking!
Some fun facts about her is that she graduated college in three short years and at age 20. She also had no debt in the process! She quit her full time job as a financial advisor since she built passive income streams by owning five rental properties, receiving royalties from her book, among others. This passive income replaced her full time income allowing her to retire early and focus on other things like travel, writing as well as, public speaking. Lets just say at 27 years old she has done a lot!
If you listen now you will hear her secret tips, the platforms she loves to listen to and what the future holds for Rachel Richards!
Hint one of the podcasts she listens too is one of our favorites: The Bigger Pockets Podcast!
