- Find a healthcare professional who specializes in mental health and your condition. If you have suicidal or homicidal ideation please utilize the hotline! Of course finding ways to relax, talking to someone and finding healthy outlets may alleviate some of the symptoms. Note that Insurance companies offer mental health services so be sure to call the number on your insurance card to inquire. If finances are an issue try finding your local free mental health clinic. Don't forget about friends and family who are there to help!
