There are so many on the market but the best diet that has been tested time and time again is the Mediterranean diet! Heart healthy, of course. And don't forget our motto. Everything in moderation!


I want to start eating healthier but my partner does not want to, what can I do?

You can make separate meals if they are not ready to get on board yet & if your meals are good who knows you just might convince them!


Favorite workout routines?

Walking on the treadmill, squats, arms.. basically full body. Another good one is some low impact Yoga.
