♡ Wellness Routine

  • MEDITATE

You can use apps like Headspace to get into meditating or find various techniques that can help with stress relief

  • REFLECT

At the end of the day make sure to reflect regarding the good things that happened that day, and you can think about your plans for the following day


  • MAKE A WISH

Find time in your day to either make a wish or pray about what you are thankful for

  • START WRITING

Feel free to jot down any thoughts or feelings you have in your phone or on a piece of paper

  • DRY BRUSHING

When you look good you feel good am I right?

  • SLEEP

Make sure you get the recommended amount of sleep for you age group

  • CHANGE the SOUND of your ALARM CLOCK periodically

This can help with your sleep cycle and keep you rested

  • GET OUT

Go outside! Make a habit of getting your body moving.

  • Stay ACTIVE

Find new ways to exercise or be active

  • Balanced DIET

Get your vitamins in and make sure to eat a well-balanced diet

  • Drink TEA

But not too much caffeine (tea or coffee)
