Nino Royalle Wellness Coach

This week we interviewed a strong female who has been through some S***. Nino Royalle is a wife, lifestyle blogger, and a creative entrepreneur. She is a natural born visionary with a passion for all things beautiful and authentic. Nino holds a B.A. in Art and Child Development. She is a holistic wellness coach and is currently pursuing her passion in interior design. Her blog serves as an outlet expression of herself and all the things she is fascinated by so we will link the goods down below.


As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she believes in the power of cellular nutrition and holistic healing. She has committed her life to inspiring others to live a healthier lifestyle. Nino understands how the body functions starting from the inside and what it needs to thrive. Her goal is to inspire young teens and women to take control of their health so they could fall in love with themselves and feel confident in themselves. She wants to encourage people to live their best life by setting an example; as a result, choosing to leave medical school to pursue her own dream as a designer. She currently works as a Design Consultant at Restoration Hardware in Denver, CO specializing in the Baby, Child & Teen department. 


In this episode we walk through tragedy, starting with her dad passing away when she was very young from familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) to her diagnosis and the path in life she took to get control of this disease. She discusses how she messed up, what worked, what didn't work and what inspired her to become the woman she is today. Nino opened up about her health issues and the things she does to stay healthy in every realm (mind, body, and soul).


We delve further into happier times, specifically through her journey in becoming a wellness holistic health coach and really finding her purpose in life. She is a pleasure to be around and you can really tell that she loves what she does! This is major you guys. No matter what field you choose to be in you need to do what you love. Then, we got into her social media presence, from when she started her page in 2014 and how it has grown from photos of smoothies to a full blown brand!


This episode opened our eyes to see what people go through and that as a child things may happen that you may not grasp which can impact the rest of your life. It's so important to take action when it comes to your health and we hope that episodes like these can promote this message.

1. Drink a minimum of 8 cups of water everyday! She drinks 2 cups of water every single morning and sometimes you can add 1 tbsp. of raw apple cider vinegar with lemon to jumpstart your metabolism. She always drink 2-3 cups of water every night before she goes to sleep.


2. Trade in soda for Kombucha, it's so much better for your health because it has natural probiotics, it's anti-inflammatory, and it's not packed with processed sugar!


3. Make exercise part of your everyday routine, do it for your mental health!


4. She uses Dr. Bragg's Raw Apple Cider Vinegar for EVERYTHING!!!
